Studies in wash and line
While I am reasonably confident with using ink line and creating tonal variation with crosshatching technique, I struggle a bit with wash tone and value. So I have been practicing tonal gradations, diluting ink and adjusting values.
Then a quick study of a Japenese Glass fishing float in tonal values with ink line work.
